Why Wagyu?
It is a scientific fact that the process of raising superior beef starts when the calf is in the womb; long before it is even born. Our Wagyu roam freely, grazing here and there, drinking water from rivers and streams as well as our reservoirs that are strategically placed for the cattle’s convenience. The reservoirs are filled with mineral rich water from our wells.
Our Wagyu rest and shade themselves under 200-year-old Live Oak trees. Due to these idyllic and natural conditions, our calves develop and are born into a stress-free environment. We believe that our stress-free conditions are a key difference in developing our prized Wagyu beef.
Three key items that make our Wagyu better are:
- No Hormones (hormone-free)
- Our Cattle Are Fed All Vegetarian Diet
- All Natural
- We Never Use Unnecessary Antibiotics
